REFUND POLICY

All payments are non-refundable. Why?

Well, the club has a range of fixed annual costs that we must cover even if a season is not played. Secondly, we always collect membership fees in advance of a season in order to pay for the costs of the season (coaches, equipment, kit, pitches).

Please also kindly keep in mind that we are a non-profit organisation and any “surplus membership fee income” will be considered in the setting of the 2023/24 membership fees.

PAYING FOR OTHERS

Members can pay for other registered members who maybe don't have a credit card. When prompted for “Who is this product for?”, enter the name of the teammate you are paying for and search for their name. They must first be registered on Pitchero.
