Supported by Valley RFC, Phenomenally Pink, and Rugby For Good, this exciting initiative provides opportunities for women working in Hong Kong as Domestic Helpers to experience the game of Rugby through the Rugby For Good Domestic Helper Touch Rugby League and the Hong Kong Tag League.

Many of the players also showcase their skills in Valley RFC’s full-contact women’s teams, bridging the gap between social and competitive rugby.

Led by coach K Wong and captained by Genevieve Dondiego, with Valley RFC’s Director of Diversity and Inclusion Sonia Vashi overseeing the program, Valley Pink is more than just a team – it’s a community and a group of friends who share a common bond. By partnering with Phenomenally Pink and Rugby For Good, who both use sport as a force for positive change, Valley RFC is breaking down barriers and creating new pathways for players to grow, connect, and thrive.
