Valley Fort have Mini rugby teams from players Under 5 to players Under 12. They also have Youth rugby teams for players Under14 to players Under 18. These teams welcome boys and girls of all abilities and are coached by highly trained coaches.

Players have the opportunity to train all year round and compete in the various Hong Kong China Rugby competitions, including playing at the Kai Tak Stadium and joining overseas tours.

Our Youth and Mini Rugby section have strong family feel and provides players and their families with a strong community to be a part of.
