Valley RFC has a proud history in Hong Kong Rugby - entering our 50th season, we cater for the very serious to the very social player and currently feature 4 men's teams and 2 women's teams.

We pride ourselves on our diverse rugby membership demographic, and welcome players from Hong Kong and all over the world to be part of our teams.

We pride ourselves on our success and have won more Grand Championship & League titles than any other club in the Premiership Division across our Mens and Womens team. Over the past 25 years, Valley have won 17 Premiership Grand Finals and 14 Premiership league titles.

We have two full time coaches who head up our Rugby programs across Valley RFC. Gus Leger leads our Mens Programs, whilst Bella Milo leads our Womens' Programs - both coaches offer immense value to our Rugby Section.

We train every Tuesday and Thursday at Happy Valley Rugby Pitch (located in Happy Valley Sportsground) from 8:00pm to 9:30 throughout the months of August to March. We also run Summer and Winter Courses for those, that want to try rugby the "Valley way".
