Valley RFC use a Club Management System called Pitchero to manage all website and registration affairs. All members must register with Valley RFC through Pitchero. Please refer to the below instructions for further detail.
- To register with the club, follow these steps;
- Click the JOIN button on the website
- Enter your basic details. If you are a parent want to register your child, please register yourself first and then add children later.
- Select the relevant class of membership (Supporter, Player, Parent, Coach, Team Admin)
- Select the most relevant team that you will be playing for or supporting. We can change this later or tag you to multiple teams.
- Make sure you click the activation/verification link in the subsequent email sent to you from Pitchero (otherwise you will not receive emails from the club)
- Download and install the Pitchero Club app and login using the same account. The app is a great one-stop way to get news, events, mark availability, check training times, send and receive messages and pay for products/subs.
- Set up your notifications in App/Website account settings to tailor the notifications that you would like to receive.
- Make sure you subscribe to the "Weekly Round Up" email.
- Purchase the correct Membership Subscription from the website/app
