Our FUNdamentals programme is appropriate for 4 and 5 year olds. The Key focus of the programme is on establishing fundamental movements using age-appropriate equipment to stimulate and nurture development in physical activity. Participants will gain exposure to our clubs core 3 sports; Rugby, Hockey and Netball.
