The Societe Generale Valley RFC Women’s Premiership team has once again etched their name in the club records as champions of the Hong Kong China Rugby Nan Fung Group Airside Women’s Premiership League for the 2024/2025 season.

The team’s remarkable campaign saw them emerge as the only undefeated side across both men’s and women’s Premiership leagues, cementing their status as a powerhouse in the Hong Kong rugby scene.

Head Coach Bella Milo and Assistant Coach Kevin West built a team that showcased an exciting, relentless, attacking brand of rugby. The team have so far won 14 of their league matches as they amassed a staggering 771 points over the past 14 games, while their defensive discipline was equally impressive, conceding just 62 points—an average of fewer than 5 points per game. With one more league game remaining, the distance between the team and rivals HKFC who currently sit at second place, is far too great, with the trophy firmly sitting on the south side of the Valley.

With the league season firmly under their belt, Valley RFC Women have proven that they are a true force to be reckoned with. After the final league game this week, they will move into the Grand Championship round with Semi Finals scheduled for 8th March. This game will most likely be played at Happy Valley, so clear your calendars and head down to support the team in achieving the coveted Double Trophy win this season.
