Societe Generale Valley RFC are pleased to announce that we have partnered with BFT to launch our Valley RFC Fort Academy in conjunction and support with BFT. Body Fit Training provides group strength training programs built to provide positive outcomes for all fitness levels and has recently opened in Central, Hong Kong.

As one of our new sponsors, they will support the development of youth rugby, hockey and netball players in Hong Kong through dedicated gym sessions and work with the Valley RFC Fort Academy to provide first class training and programs to our future athletes. Valley members will also benefit from a discounted corperate rate and have access to all BFT studios worldwide.

The Valley RFC Fort Academy is open to all males and females looking to maximise their potential in rugby, hockey and netball and is open to anyone aged 12 to 19 years old.
