Level up your skills with this challenge series of stick drills! With some hope of Hockey starting up on the horizon, here is a skill compilation we have put together for you to try out and add to in your own home! The video is made up of a series of mini skills which are based on our Valley Youth Hockey development model. We would like to challenge our youth players to put together your own skill video compilation and submit it to youth@valleyrfc.com
