The Valley Wildcats played a tight game on Monday in their final game before the league play-off's. After a slow start in the first quarter, where DB Swashbucklers led with five goals ahead, the Wildcats strengthened their play, bringing the second quarter to a close with a score of 8-10 to the Swashbucklers. The third and fourth quarters continued to be neck and neck with goals won on each team, but ultimately, the Wildcats weren't able to push their score ahead, finishing with an overall score of 17-21 to DB Swashbucklers.
A great game played by the Wildcats, where they should be proud of their determination to fight till the end of the game. A special mention goes to our phenomenal shooter, Flora Wong, who gained MVP for the game for her excellent positioning throughout.
