Pre-Season Rugby Training
Rugby's pre-season training starts on Tuesday 3rd August at 7pm - on one of the artificial pitches (TBC).
Training will then continue for a few weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays alternating between the artificial pitch and Causeway Bay.
