Rugby

Valley RFC fields six men's teams and two women's teams who compete in the HKRU. Valley Premiership side has won the last 5 Grand Finals and the last 2 leagues.  Valley builds a culture for everyone to be part of, and if you are there for the craic of the serious, we have a place for you. Valley knows how to have fun, come for a run and find out more!

Hockey

We're based at Happy Valley and play most of our hockey in the in-field area of the Happy Valley racecourse. Comprising six Mens teams and five Ladies teams we are the largest section within Valley RFC with over 200 active members, drawing talent from both Hong Kong and the rest of the world

Netball

Netball continues to grow from strength to Strength here in Hong Kong and that is reflected in our Club. We have grown to nearly 200 members and 10 teams competing throughout the 7 divisions of the Hong Kong Netball Association; making Valley Netball, Hong Kongs largest Netball Club.
