Tomorrow's match against HKFC brings an exciting vibe within the club. 22 year old Jess Eden has earned the captaincy for the season.
Player/head-coach and current Samoan International Bella Milo believes “Eden is a mature and humble leader who has great understanding and awareness of the game. She has natural flair with the ball in hand and electric speed to burn. She is the perfect balance for us moving forward.”

Valley is also excited at the recruitment of former Black Fern and Rugby World Cup winner, Justine Lavea, as player|coach who brings fresh energy and wealth of knowledge. The squad is also bolstered by the return of former Black Fern Olivia Coady, from her one year sabbatical in New Zealand, and the debut of Kea Herewini in the red and black, daughter of life member Deano, who has returned from overseas studies. There is no doubt that Deano will be cheering us on from the Hautapu club rooms.
The battle with our neighbours from over the track is never easy and tomorrow will be no different.
See you all down there for the main event.
