Teams will play in the regular fifteen-aside format but games will only be two halves of fifteen minutes (with a two minute half-time break) - hence the name, Fast Fifteens.

The tournament provides teams with a last full-contact hit-out prior to league play. Unlimited substitutions allow coaches to tweak their teams and ensure game time for all players.

Players and fans can expect an afternoon of high-paced rugby on the pitch and an array of music, food, beverage and activities off the pitch.

The tournament is a resurrected version of the Valley Fifteens tournament which operated in the late 1990's and into the early 2000's. Club founder Jamie Scott was a part of the organising committee 20 years ago and is excited about the event rolling around and featuring the women's teams of Hong Kong.
