Ryan Campbell is the Valley Strength and Conditioning Coach, working mainly with the men's Prem and Prem A Rugby squads, and is also a High Performance Coach at Joint Dynamics (www.jointdynamics.com.hk/). He moulds athletes.
With the winter sport season approaching, Ryan will host free live streaming video sessions that will help hockey, netball and rugby players bulletproof themselves properly for the season ahead and avoid those common early/pre-season injuries.
The sessions are 40 minutes and can be done anywhere with no equipment required.
