Register via our Website. Just click on the JOIN button at the top right of this screen.
If you are a parent registering for a youth member of the Hockey, Multisport or Netball academy, please register yourself first as a parent and then add your child(ren) thereafter; when prompted your role should be 'Parent', Your child/rens should be 'Player' then choose the correct sport and age group (click here for Pitchero registration instructions).
Make sure you click the validation in the link that is emailed to you in order to complete registration.
Login and complete all the mandatory details required in your/your child/ren membership profile. Click here for More information on how to update your child's profile.
Install the Pitchero Club app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
Via the app, you will have access to your child/rens profiles including training calendar. Please RSVP to relevant training/fixtures to help our coaches with planning.
Arrange Payment for the season. Login to your Pitchero Account via the App > Locate the 'shopping cart' (second icon from right at bottom of app) > Select 'Youth Membership'. There are 3 options - please only select the relevant option.

Please login to your Pitchero Parent account
Select 'My Account' > 'My Info' and ensure all profile and contact information for you is correct. Please also check you’re up to date on receiving emails and SMS messages via Pitchero ('My Account' > 'Notification Settings').
Select 'My Account' > '[Your registered child/rens names] info' and ensure all profile and contact information for them is correct.
Select 'My Roles' > click on your child/rens name and check your child/ren are still in the correct sports and age groups for the 2023/24 season (*see notes below). If they are moving up an age group click 'Manage' and apply to be in the correct age group and delete the age group they’ve just left.
Go back to the home page, to arrange payment. Locate the 'shopping cart' (second icon from right at bottom of app) > Select 'Youth Membership'. There are 3 options - please only select the relevant option Please note you’ll be asked Who you’re buying this product for – add your Child’s name here, so we can link it to their part of the account. If you have more than one child, you’ll have to go through the payment process separately for each child.
