Griffins 20 - 12 Police Pandas

Griffs beat Pandas in Mythologic Encounter at PBS to start the league season.

Valley tries by "Arthur 3, Winton 1 and Josh 1 mate" as reported by Griffs stalwart Arrann Young. This seems impossible given the scoreline, unless we were playing by pre-1989 rules where tries were only 4 points. Apparently no conversions were made no matter which scoring rules were used.

4 conversions kicked by some Panda to result in 12 for the Police. Or maybe it was 3 pre-1989 tries. In any case, the Pandas lost.

After the match in the Police Bar, Dave Lewis attempted his old trick of "whoever punched me in the scrum gets a free pint of piss", until someone reminded him that he did not actually play in the game.
