we are now getting towards the end of the season and there are some extremely important games this week.

Division 4 is now in the Semi Finals stage and the girls have their long awaited League Championship match against CWB Phoenix. We also have the Guiness Cup getting underway this week, which is a competition between IRB Qualified and non Qualified players. First time running, so will be interesting to see how well its taken.

Valley HKG Eligible vs Kowloon HV 3.30pm

Apologies to those who got mixed up with the training schedule this week. Training will be as normal tomorrow night with FRC at 7pm and regular training commencing at 7.30pm. For next week, anyone involved in the Guiness Cup will only train on Thursday night. The other teams will confirm after this weekends games.
