After a year off to recover from the gruelling nightlife of KL we step once more into the great unkown and unwashed that is the pre season tour. Over the years the pre season tour has enabled us to unearth a great deal of talent that would have otherwise remianed buried like Clarkie's wallet in his very long pockets. Who could forget the revulsion - sorry revelation of Riebe at inside centre in Bangkok - and Prav the Aye-Aye (go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/lastchancetosee/sites/animals/ayeaye if you don't know what it is) giving himself a much deserved Man of the pre season award for his blistering performance on the wing in KL...I still remember those chip and chases - like S3x Panther the aftershave - 60% of the time it works all the time.
Well here it is - in all it's glory - we want to take 2 teams down to play Singapore Cricket Club - the pitch is booked, the beer's on ice, and a certain four storey building is moist with anticipation.
Cost- $3K = Flights + Accommodation + Tour Kit
Dates- Leave HK 27th August 8:30pm flight – Play Saturday 28th - Return Sunday 29th leave Singapore 3:30pm.
Kit order has to be in by July 14 so we need a commitment from you by 12 July if not earlier as flights need to be booked and paid for.
YOU CAN ONLY TOUR IF YOU HAVE PAID YOUR MONEY IN ADVANCE - I CANNOT MAKE THIS ANY CLEARER WITHOUT SWEARING...
Please also reply with your shirt size, cut (tapered or straight), playing number, and muscle and polo shirt sizes.
If anyone wishes to travel separately from the group flight that’s fine but they need to commit to coming on tour by giving us $500HKD non refundable for kit and kitty etc before the cutoff date so we can be more confident in you coming. Obviously you'll be fined for not travelling with the group but it makes it more fun.
Tour kit will only be avaible to tourists.
