Team Tiger has started to find form in the Division One HKNA Netball Competition. After a sluggish start the team is now playing as if they are headed for the Semi Finals. This goal may I add is not unattainable. Combinations in the shooting circle between Nayaab Murshed and Claire Green are giving the Tigers an extra lift as they work tirelessly to put the ball through the hoop for the team. In the mid court Nichole Alexander and Debbie Morton show that they have the knowledge and skill level to outwit some of the more experienced players in the league. Patience and passing accuracy is the key for the Tigers to win matches and over the last few weeks the team is really starting to show both of these attributes.

With the unfortunate injury to Captain Mandy Hodgson, snapping tendons in her ankle the defence end of Iris Chan, Amanda Brain, Suzanne Silver and Kirsty Stuart will need to step up in the new year to take on some of the leading teams in the comp. They proved it possible against their Valley counterparts in the last round of 2009 by dropping a game to Panthers by only 6 goals.

A fantastic effort, bring on 2010.
