Panthers smash Hangtang!
Last Panthers had another convincing win against Hangtang.
We started off hard and fast (maybe a little too fast!) and immediately pulled away to a comfortable lead of 12-3 by the end of the first quarter.
We kept the same line up in the 2nd quarter and furthered our lead to an impressive 21-6 by the end of the first half. Our defence was excellent and Hangtang really struggled to get the ball into their shooters. Our attack was also fluid and our shooting very accurate.
At half time we made some changes and once we gelled we managed to continue our lead and finished the 3rd quarter 29-7, only allowing them to score 1 goal!
In the last quarter we tried a completely different line-up and although we played well we did concede more goals, finishing the game 39-14.
Well done girls. We have a nice long break for Chinese New Year now and the next time we play will be during our Singapore tour on 27th Feb!
