Panthers - another 2 minutes!
This was by far our best game, but also most disappointing result this season!
We started off really well and pulled away to a comfortable lead in the first quarter, with some excellent shooting and concrete defence work down the court.
However Club came back hard and when we didn't gel into a new combination as quickly as we needed to, we let our score slip and fell behind by 5 goals going into the last quarter.
Our last quarter however was amazing and we really played well together as a team and we pulled the scoreline back to within 1 goal! However in the last minute Club scored the last goal of the game and beat us 33-31. If only we had 2 more minutes i'm sure we would have won!
Although this was obviously a disappointing result, as a team we learnt a huge amount from this game which we can take with us to progress throughout the season and hopefully tip the result in our favour next time around.
