Valley Panthers are the 1st Team at Valley Netball Club.

Panthers have an impressive history winning the Hong Kong Netball Grand Final in 2002/03, 2005/06, 2006/07, 2007/08 and 2009/10, and coming runners-up in 2003/04 and 2008/09.

The team trains every Thursday evening and competes against other first division teams in the HK Netball League on Monday nights.

Panthers have worked very hard for their past success, however much of their success also comes from the fact that the girls are great friends and love to socialise together.
