'How is the squat challenge going? It will help develop power in your legs and that will help with your jumping and intercepting on the court.
We have 2 new workouts for you to try. They are quick and can be done anywhere, at anytime.
Attached to this email are 2 documents:
1.Toaster Burpee Challenge
The toaster workout helps you build lower body strength and endurance. Stamina on a court is important.
2. 2 Minute Abs
Having a strong core will help with many aspects of your game such as balance, agility and defense.
Also please have a look at the Australian Netball Knee Program website (http://knee.netball.com.au/)
This program is being used by Netballers all over the world and you should be including these exercises into your warm up and pre-season training at least twice a week.
The website is great as it has videos and instructions how to do each exercise.
