Over the course of the next couple of months we will be be sending out challenges and Netball specific workouts to help those of you who would like to work on your fitness over the summer break and prepare for next season.
1.Circuit Session. To work on by yourself or with others
2.Partner Challenge. Find a partner you can work out with.
3.Squat Challenge. Have a go - It will strengthen and tone!
These are all basic drills to start you off. If you find these are too easy, adjust the duration and/or reps to increase the intensity.
