Valley RFC has a proud history in Hong Kong Rugby.

In our 45 years of existence, Valley RFC has won more Grand Championship & League titles than any other club in the premiership division.

Over the past 20 years, Valley have won 14 Grand Finals and 8 leagues.

​Valley is a place for all, we cater for the very serious to the very social player, currently with 4 men's teams and 2 women's teams.
